Truffle breakings are real truffles, grated and cooked and preserved without any preservatives (only their own juice and salt). Our breakings maintain their flavour properties and intensity to the maximum, as the best fresh truffle is used to make the product.

Truffle breakings are the most widely used canned truffle product in the industrial market mainly due to its outstanding quality/price ratio. The aroma, taste and texture make it ideal for industries that want to truffle their products. By adding truffle breakings to a cheese or meat preparation, a homogenous taste is obtained throughout the product. The breakings expand their intense flavour thanks to a careful and even customised brewing process if required.
