Autumn Truffle Season
In a normal season it is sold from September to November, but it can start some weeks before September.
When the Summer Truffle campaign ends and before the Winter Truffle begins we have availability of Tuber Uncinatum.
Quality and Price of Tuber Uncinatum
In a normal season with wide availability the price of the autumn truffle ranges from 200€ to 500€/kg.
In a truffle season with a low production of wild uncinatum truffles prices can increase considerably and be between 500€ and 1,000€/kg.
These last years since being a truffle of wild origin the quantities have been very low.
Its aroma is more intense than the summer truffle.
We have avaiability of 3 different quality & size of Uncinatum truffle:
- First class +15g: Regular and irregular truffles of more than 15 g without large cuts.
- Small 8/15g: Small truffles between 8g and 15g without large cuts.
- Pieces +10g: Pieces of truffles of more than 10g with some large cuts on their surface.
Compared to the summer truffle, autumn truffle has a more intense aroma.

It is shipped with a polystyrene packaging designed to guarantee the highest quality, aroma and freshness, without breaking the cold chain throughout the shipping process. It is delivered in 24h across Europe for orders before 14h from Monday to Thursday. Orders from Friday to Sunday are ordered on Monday.
